We warmly invite you to come and worship with us and we aim to welcome visitors in a friendly, yet unimposing way. We have an information display available at each morning service. We have two worship services each Sunday, details as follows:
Morning service is at 10.30am (finishing approx. 11.45am) Followed by coffee/tea and time of fellowship at Bishops Stortford High School, London Road, Bishops Stortford, CM23 3LU
During this service, we offer a creche for the under 3s and there are age-related young people's groups for the 4-15 age group. Apart from our monthly family service, the young people join us in the service each week for the first 10-15 minutes before going into their groups.
Family service is held on the first Sunday of each month (at 10.30am) and aims to finish within an hour. This provides an opportunity for all-age worship and appropriate bible teaching. We still operate a crèche for the under 3s during the family service.

Teaching Plan
Our worship style caters for all ages and all styles, using a mix of contemporary and more traditional types of music and other media. We follow a termly teaching plan which can be found at What's on. Most of the time, our Minister, Rev John Walford will be preaching, but we do also give opportunities for other suitably gifted people within our own fellowship to preach, and of course, sometimes we have visiting or guest speakers.
Evening service is at 6.30pm (finishing approx 7.45pm) At The Church Hall, Portland Road, Bishops Stortford, CM23 3SL
The regular evening service offers a more reflective worship and teaching style than the morning service.

Encounter Evening Service
Every second Sunday in each month, we offer a more contemporary style of service which is open to all. The aim of Encounter is to provide an opportunity for Spirit led worship without the usual constraints of a more traditional service. The style of the services is generally more relaxed and the musical style is louder and more contemporary but we seek to provide an environment in which the Holy Spirit is able to minister freely.
Communion
Communion is celebrated on the fourth evening service and second morning service of every month. The Communion table is open to all those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
Guest Services
From time to time, mostly at significant Christian times such as Easter, Harvest, Christmas, we offer a Guest Service, when we encourage people to invite others, particularly those who do not yet know the Lord. These services tend to have a strong audio-visual impact and are contemporary in style.
