We probably all have non-Christians friends and family in our immediate circles and it can sometimes be a challenge to find appropriate ways of sharing our faith with them. Our church has a real heart to reach the "unchurched" and already offers the Alpha course and other outreach and social events, designed to attract new worshippers.
We have designed personal invitation cards which can be given out to friends and neighbours, inviting them to the first Sunday morning service on 25 September. This will give them an opportunity to "toe-dip" into our church, what is it like? What does it have to offer? Is it relevant in my life? Our prayer is that many new people will come to faith through this campaign, but this will only happen when we, as individuals, take action to invite someone!
