As part of 40 Days of Purpose, we're praying that everyone in our church will join a small group. Why do small groups matter?
It is in a small group that everyone is able to be heard and to work out what God is saying to them. Small groups are at the heart of 40 Days of Purpose because they are at the heart of the church. They are about truth and life - working out what the truth is and how to put it into action in our lives. This opportunity to look at the Bible together allows us a deeper understanding of God's purpose for our lives, while building friendships with others in the church. Small groups help us to make a deeper connection with God and with other people.
Maybe you've never belonged to a group before, perhaps they weren't at a convenient time or you thought you might not fit in. Maybe you've belonged to one for a long time; whoever you are, there is a small group for you.
We will also be looking for hosts to open their homes to a small group for the 6 week period. All hosts need to provide is a TV, video player, some comfy chairs and maybe a cup of tea/coffee! Hosts do not have to act as leaders, as all materials will be provided.

There is no commitment to the group beyond the campaign period, although it is hoped that you will find it so rewarding, that your group will want to continue to meet to study God's Word. Existing groups will be asked to follow the campaign and welcome any new members. If you do not feel able to host a group, we pray that you will join one. To join a small group, or for more info, contact the Church Office.
